The housing association Ungdomsbo initiated a large sustainable and energy-optimising project.

The project included 42 youth flats and solar cells were integrated into the construction from the very beginning. In this way, a south-facing fan-shaped facade was created on which the solar cells could be optimised.

DanSolar supplied 110 high-efficiency monocrystalline panels covering an area of 184 m2. The solar cell system will primarily cover the consumption in the dormitory's common areas.

Each system consists of 18 and 19 panels respectively.
